the following form to request re-activation in the event you
have installed a version update that requires reactivation,
or you have reinstalled the software for technical reasons (i.e,
hard disk failure).
NOTE: As per the software licensing agreement, your InveStore
license can be installed and activated on ONE SERVER ONLY
at any given time.
